One of the biggest moves? Cutting back on what we sell. Instead of cramming the shelves with everything under the sun, we narrowed in on a tighter lineup of top-shelf stuff. It makes for a cleaner, easier shopping experience. Plus, it’s simpler for us to manage. Win-win.

It wasn’t just about the products. We gave our brand a makeover too. New logo, new look for the shop, and sharper messaging everywhere. Everything lines up way better now and feels a lot more “us.” We’ve noticed more new faces shopping with us, but our longtime folks still feel right at home.
